Make-ready renovation for rental units

Some units need more than paint before the next lease. Make-ready work covers the agreed repairs and replacements needed to get the unit rentable, scoped item by item.

Questions property managers ask

How is make-ready different from a standard turnover?

It usually includes more repairs or replacements. The difference is defined in the quote, not by a package name.

Do you publish prices?

No. Every unit is different, so pricing comes from a written quote for your unit after we review the scope. Work does not begin until you approve it.

What happens if more work is found during the turnover?

We tell you before doing it. Anything outside the approved quote is described in writing so you can approve or decline it.

Can I follow progress without calling?

Yes. Clients can view quotes and project progress in the Menora client portal, and you can forward updates to owners.

Have a unit coming vacant in Los Angeles?

Send the details. You get a written quote to approve or decline.
