Apartment turnover painting

Painting is usually the largest part of a turnover. We measure the unit, specify what gets painted in the quote and sequence it with repairs and cleaning.

Written quote first. No work starts without your approval.

Questions property managers ask

Can I choose colors?

Tell us your standard colors when you request the quote and we will note them in the scope.

Can I order painting only?

Yes. A quote can cover painting alone or painting as part of a full turnover.

Do you publish prices?

No. Every unit is different, so pricing comes from a written quote for your unit after we review the scope. Work does not begin until you approve it.

What happens if more work is found during the turnover?

We tell you before doing it. Anything outside the approved quote is described in writing so you can approve or decline it.

Have a unit coming vacant in Los Angeles?

Send the details. You get a written quote to approve or decline.
