Los Angeles apartment turnovers

Unit turnovers. Without the headache.

Menora handles the turnover itself: measurements, materials, crews, finishing and final review. You approve a written quote, then follow progress instead of chasing contractors.

Written quote first. No work starts without your approval.

Questions property managers ask

Where do you work?

Menora Turnover serves apartment and rental properties in Los Angeles. If your property is elsewhere, email us before requesting a quote.

Do you publish prices?

No. Every unit is different, so pricing comes from a written quote for your unit after we review the scope. Work does not begin until you approve it.

What happens if more work is found during the turnover?

We tell you before doing it. Anything outside the approved quote is described in writing so you can approve or decline it.

Can I follow progress without calling?

Yes. Clients can view quotes and project progress in the Menora client portal, and you can forward updates to owners.

Have a unit coming vacant in Los Angeles?

Send the details. You get a written quote to approve or decline.
