- Paint, flooring and repair materials for the approved scope.

- Full repaint or touch-up, depending on what the quote specifies.
- 04Flooring and repairs
- Replacement or repair items agreed in writing.
- 05Cleaning
- Turnover cleaning after the trades are finished.
- 06Final review and update
- A check against the scope, with status visible in the portal.
Service boundaries
Scope is confirmed by the written quote. Not included unless agreed:
- Work that is not listed in the approved written quote
- Changes discovered mid-job until you approve them in writing
- Properties outside Los Angeles unless confirmed with us first

Do you publish prices?
No. Every unit is different, so pricing comes from a written quote for your unit after we review the scope. Work does not begin until you approve it.
What happens if more work is found during the turnover?
We tell you before doing it. Anything outside the approved quote is described in writing so you can approve or decline it.
Can I follow progress without calling?
Yes. Clients can view quotes and project progress in the Menora client portal, and you can forward updates to owners.
