Process

How a Menora turnover works

Six steps, each with a clear owner. Your part is describing the unit and approving the quote. The coordination is ours.

Written quote first. No work starts without your approval.

From request to ready unit

  1. 01

    Request a quote

Send the address, unit, target date and known condition through the short form or by email.

  2. 02

    Measurements and scope

We review the unit and record measurements and condition notes.

  3. 03

    Written quote

You receive scope and price in writing, visible in your client portal.

  4. 04

    Approval

Work begins only after you approve. Changes are written up for separate approval.

  5. 05

    Scheduling and work

We order materials and schedule painting, flooring, repairs and cleaning as agreed.

  6. 06

    Final review

We check the unit against the quote and post the update to the portal.

Questions property managers ask

Where do you work?

Menora Turnover serves apartment and rental properties in Los Angeles. If your property is elsewhere, email us before requesting a quote.

Do you publish prices?

No. Every unit is different, so pricing comes from a written quote for your unit after we review the scope. Work does not begin until you approve it.

What happens if more work is found during the turnover?

We tell you before doing it. Anything outside the approved quote is described in writing so you can approve or decline it.

Can I follow progress without calling?

Yes. Clients can view quotes and project progress in the Menora client portal, and you can forward updates to owners.

Have a unit coming vacant in Los Angeles?

Send the details. You get a written quote to approve or decline.
